ASAN Service AI Chatbot Integration: Citizen Services Being Automated

The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations (ASAN Service) under the President of Azerbaijan expanded its AI-powered chatbot system. The new AI chatbot serves in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.

The chatbot answers questions about passports, ID cards, driver's licenses, provides required document lists, and directs users to the nearest ASAN center. The AI system processes thousands of queries daily.

ASAN Service has been operating since 2012 and is considered one of the most successful "one-stop-shop" citizen service models in the world. AI integration further improves service quality.
