Kering Group data breach

In September 2025, luxury conglomerate Kering Group disclosed a cyberattack that exposed customer data across its Gucci, Balenciaga, and Alexander McQueen brands. Hackers stole personal details including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and spending totals from customers of these luxury brands.

The breach highlighted growing threats to the retail and luxury sectors. Kering Group is cooperating with law enforcement to investigate the full extent. Customers were advised to change their account passwords.
